4+4+4=12

That's what Liam told me as he was cuddling me tonight trying to fall asleep. How stinkin' smart is he? :D

I know, I know - I've been a bad blogger...when the heck haven't I been lately? LOL Life as a part time working mom isn't near as easy as I thought it could possibly be. Between housework (which isn't getting done), working, spending time with the boys, spending time with the hubby, and dealing with a myriad of sicknesses, etc., lately, life has been hectic. I hate it. Honestly - hate it! I miss the days of playing with the boys - no school, no work, only the things we wanted to do. *sigh* The are growing up way too fast!!

So...here's some updates on the boys

Liam:

Preschool is going extremely well. He loves it and he seems to be a little sponge, soaking up as much as he can at all times! He's "scary" smart. It seems like he remembers things he heard/learned weeks ago and he's constantly picking up new things. His newest love is learning new words to spell everyday. It's something Glenn started with him right after Christmas. Glenn is constantly writing new words on the easel and Liam copies them and memorizes them. It simply amazes me and make me confident in the decision we made to put him into French Immersion next year - I think the challenge of learning a new language will keep him completely focused!

Conor:

Conor's biggest news is that he is finally potty trained. YIPEEEEEE!!! He has decided that he wants to go to school, like Liam, and he knows that to do that he has to be using the potty. It was 100% his decision and it's been so "easy" so far! He's also really started expressing himself in wonderful ways - ok, not always wonderful (hello Mr. Lippy), but it's so exciting to see him become his own little guy with his own voice!

What can I say, I'm so proud of both of my little dudes and it amazes me how I fall deeper and deeper in love with them everyday!

Of course, I have a ton of pictures to show off - I promise I'll get a brand new slide show up soon - there are some really cute ones of them skating - they are both doing a wonderful job seeing that they have had absolutely NO lessons! There are some new Scrap pages in my slide show at the top of the page - always adding new ones, so keep on looking! I'll try to get this blogging thing a bit more regular - no promises, though!

I hope this finds everyone well and happy - love and (((HUGS))) from us!
