I sure do. I was beginning to doubt, but now I know...
2 weeks ago my father went into the doctor to have a check-up on how much progress his chemo had made with the cancer in his lung, adrenal glands and liver. What we found out was wonderful - there was noticeable shrinkage of the tumor in his lung, the adrenal glands looked fine and the spots on his liver were too small to tell. We felt so lucky.
On Thursday he went into his radiolgist and had a scan of his brain. We were almost expecting the news to be bad. We thought if there was any change it would be small and hopefully a smaller tumor. Imagine our surprise when his doctor walked in and told us that he had looked at the scan and had to apologize for taking so long as he had to walk over to the CT scan area to double check the readings and consult with another doctor because...the tumor was gone! GONE!!! An 8 cm tumor had disappeared. We were so shocked we didn't even ask any questions. We didn't ask how often something like this happens, how it happend...we just sat there. Dad just kept saying, "it's gone? It's gone. No cancer?". I think we floated out of the office and I was on the phone to my sisters at the first possible moment and both of them thought I was joking or they heard wrong. What a wonderful birthday present for my dad.
Thank you to everyone that kept my family in their prayers...the power of prayer is a wonderful thing and my belief has been a bit restored. Keep the prayers coming! THANK YOU! THANK GOD!

Thank God! Miracles do happen, but the good is never spoken as loud as the bad. I am so glad for your dad and will continue to keep in my prayers.
Big hugs all around. Love ya, Tina
